Vendor/exhibitor Registration - SOLD OUT!
During our tradeshow, you can network face-to-face with growers, packers, shippers and other sweet potato industry leaders from across the United States. Exhibitors are also listed in the convention booklet with contact information so attendees will be able to easily find you once they return home.
Exhibitors will benefit by the inclusiveness of convention events such as; (1) a bar will be positioned in the back of the exhibit hall on opening banquet night to encourage attendees to visit booths, (2) refreshments will be made available to all attendees during the educational talks and set in the back of the exhibit hall and (3) door prizes will be given for a completed ‘Swamp Tour’ card. Attendees must visit all booths in order to complete cards.
*Note: The exhibit area can accommodate up to 20 exhibitors and will be on a first come basis. Each 10x10 booth will include: one 8’ table, two chairs and convention registration for two attendees. Please let us know your electrical needs.
